Location

We recommend staying near the town of Varenna.

This is where the welcome event will be held (Hotel Villa Cipressi) and where boat transportation to the wedding & pool party will leave from.

Varenna is a 10-minute drive from the wedding venue.

Varenna is a 1.5 hr drive from the Milan Airport (MXP). We recommend a taxi, uber, or renting a car. Should you want a cheaper option, you can take the Malpensa express train from MXP and get off at Saronno (about 20 mins) and then take the next train to Como Lago (40 mins). This option for both routes is about $15.

You are welcome to stay outside of Varenna, but you will have to manage event transportation on your own.
