Italian formal cocktail
Not sure what this means? Don’t worry, neither does Jon. That’s why he made this page.
Italian Formal Cocktail: Cocktail attire paired with light or dark colors. This is a transition period between summer and fall - think early autumn attire.
For Men: Formal pants and a dress shirt. Feel free to wear a suit jacket. No tie needed.
For Women: Short or long cocktail dress. Bring a wrap or light jacket, as temperatures may drop at night. We will not be on the grass, so heels should be OK.
Wedding Day
black tie optional / italian formal
For Men: Black tuxedo or a formal, well-fitted dark suit (black/navy).
Jon’s note: Halle likes tuxes. I don’t want you to buy one if you don’t already have one.
For Women: Elegant floor-length gowns or maxi dresses made of luxurious fabrics (satin, silk, velvet).
Halle’s note: Be as extra as you want. Ceremony and reception will be held on the lawn, so choose appropriate footwear.
Pool Party
casual Beach Day
Bring a swimsuit if you want to jump in the pool or lake. You will be able to change in the villa and towels will be provided.
For Men: Shorts are fine, casual shirt. Doesn’t really matter, we’ll be hungover.
For Women: Casual beachside outfit.
